Rock and Sea Dewalt Max Planer

This is our brand new modified Dewalt planer,  designed in-house from the ground up for top tier surfboard shaping

• proprietary fluid depth control system, allows for on the fly adjusting from maximum to minimum cutting in only 90 degrees of knob turn
• depth control system automatically returns to zero depth of cut once released
• planer shoes are beveled and polished to prevent catching foam while mowing foam
• stock planers come with a cheap foam pad insert the cushions the front shoe preventing dust from intruding into the depth control mechanism.  this is replaced with a high quality laser cut yoga mat foam insert
• vertical ergonomic handle that houses OEM trigger
• 20 ft heavy duty power cord

Dust Control

• each planer comes with an included  Rock and Sea Flex Max hose and adapter
• integrated quick disconnect system allowing for quick hose attachment/detachment (compatible with all other rock and sea dust adapters)
